What is this about ?

 

On the internet a lot of information and tests about running shoes could be found.  However I couldn't find much information about how these running shoes look and feel after running 600km or even more in them.

 

In more than 35 years as a runner I was wearing shoes from following brands:

adidas, Altra, Asics, Brooks, Hoka, Newton, New Balance, Nike, Saucony, Topo

In this blog I want to write about my experience with these running shoes when running distances up to marathons.
